Rebecca Lynn Wilkinson, 43, of Manitowoc, passed away at home on Sunday, July 3, 2022 surrounded by her family.

She was born on December 26, 1978 in Green Bay to Nolan and Carol (Erickson) Strom.  Rebecca grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and graduated from Gladstone Area High School with the class of 1997.  She furthered her education at Northern Michigan University graduating in 2001 with her Bachelor of Science.  One of her favorite jobs was to teach and run physics labs at N.M.U.  She was passionate about math and sciences and enjoyed sharing that knowledge through the lab.  Rebecca loved to read and keep her mind active.  She read and meditated on the Word of the Lord with her daily devotions.  Her faith was important and a focus of her life.  She also enjoyed time with her family, and cooking for them and others, including trying new recipes.  Being around water was a comforting feeling for her as she enjoyed the beach and the sun.  She also enjoyed meeting new people and socializing.

Survivors include her husband, Chad Wilkinson; daughters, Lauren Hayley and Alexis Sue Wilkinson; parents, Nolan and Carol Strom; sister, Suzanne Dahlke; and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home with Pastor Brandon Morey and Pastor Nick Stanislowski officiating.  Visitation for family and friends will begin at 11:00 a.m. until the time of service in the funeral home.  Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.  Online condolences to the family may be sent to www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com .
