Richard J. Reif found his peace on November 4, 2025, at age 89. He was born on September 6, 1936, to Alma (Reinholz) and Wilbur Reif. Dick was part of the Mishicot High School graduating Class of 1955. He entered the U.S. Army for two years. After his honorable discharge, he returned to Mishicot and became employed at Hamilton Industries for over 30 years. He married the former Audrey Ullman on October 10, 1959, at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Mishicot. After her passing, Dick moved to Manitowoc and became a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church. An avid sports fan, Dick loved the Packers, Bucks, Badgers, and Brewers.

Dick is survived by his daughter Chris (Dennis) Rodewald; granddaughters Rachel (Brandon) Watson and Emily (Colt) Nicklaus; great-grandchildren Cooper and Addison Nicklaus; siblings Fred "Fritz" Reif, Pat Beaupre, and Sandy Hollen; brothers-in-law Ronald Ullman and Harold Vondruska; sister-in-law Bonnie Ullman; as well as nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Audrey; his parents; siblings Sharon Kiel, Ronald Reif, Jeannie Heidelmann; two brothers-in-law; and a sister-in-law.

Visitation will be held at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, 916 Pine St., Manitowoc, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. After the Service, a luncheon will be held in Dick's honor at Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 N. Water St. A private entombment will be held at Knollwood Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, or the charity of your choice.
