Rickey L. Decker, age 57, a resident of Manitowoc County, entered eternal life early Saturday morning, November 9, 2013 at Shady Lane Nursing Care Center in Manitowoc.
Rickey was born on May 31, 1956 in Manitowoc to Lila Juedas Decker and the late Edwin Decker. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1975. Rickey had a passion for farming and enjoyed car races, county fairs, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Rickey was a loving and caring soul who dedicated his life to helping others.
Survivors include Rickey's mother: Lila Decker, Manitowoc; three siblings: Dennis (Laura) Decker, Maribel; Jerry Decker, Manitowoc; and Lori Mae Decker, Manitowoc; two nieces: Skylar and Kiara; two nephews: Tyler and Marshal; uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Schossow will officiate with burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Gardens.
