Robert M. Bauer, age 46, of Manitowoc, passed away while surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers.
Bob was born on March 2, 1973 in Manitowoc to Jerome Bauer and the late Valerie Bauer. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1992 and then went on to graduate from the United States Marine Corps. Bob was a jack of all trades and had worked for various companies over the years. He was known for his stellar moves on the dance floor and loved to play cards. Bob was always the life of the party and had the ability to make others laugh and smile. Family meant a lot to him and he will be greatly missed. Above all, Bob's pride and joy was his son, Zach. His favorite place to be was on the sidelines cheering on his son at his football games.
Survivors include Bob's son, Zachary Bauer, Manitowoc; father, Jerome Bauer and his special friend Angel, Manitowoc; seven siblings, Wanda (Steven) Satori, Valders; Scott (Karen) Bauer, Manitowoc; Brenda Backus and her significant other John, Manitowoc; Cindy Meyer and her fiancée Gene, Oshkosh; Jim Bauer, Manitowoc; Geri Lynn (Chris) Kluczinske, Manitowoc; and Sara (Blong) Lee, Manitowoc; also other relatives and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Valerie Bauer.
A Life Celebration Social will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.
