Rosalie "Rose" E. Spencer, age 51, a resident of Milwaukee, formerly of Manitowoc, was called home on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at St. Lukes Hospital in Milwaukee.

Rose was born on March 7, 1962 in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1980. Rose enjoyed spending her time being outdoors, fishing, and above all, being with her family and friends.

Survivors include Rose's three sons: Roosevelt Spencer, Kahreem Spencer, and Daniel Spencer; two grandchildren: Kahreem Jr. and Kalis Spencer; two sisters: April Ledvina and Lorie Levinson; also other relatives and friends.
