Roxanne M. Brandenburg, age 54, a resident of Kiel, and formerly of Manitowoc, entered into eternal life on Saturday, July 17, 2010 as a result of an automobile accident outside of Valders.
Roxanne was born on February 16, 1956 in Port Huron, MI to Allen and Gloria Mosurak Middleton. She graduated from Sheboygan South High School and later from UW Manitowoc with an associate degree in Sociology. On March 21, 1987, Roxanne married Branden Brandenburg in Kohler, WI. She was a "Caregiver" most of her lifetime. She had worked at Independent Residential Options in Manitowoc for the past 5 years. Roxanne enjoyed spending her time cooking, reading, crocheting, SHOPPING, and being with her dogs Buster, Beau and Sienta. She was a very loving, giving, and caring person, and cherished the time she was able to spend with her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband of 24 years: Branden; 5 children: Anzur (Steve) Van Gorp, Jay Erdmann, Jeff Brandenburg and his significant other Allisha, Tim Brandenburg and his significant other Beth, Kyle Brandenburg and his significant other Ashley; 7 grandchildren: Hunter, Sabrina, Cody, Ashlyn, Kylie, Olivia, and Autumn; mother: Gloria Middleton; one sister: Kim (Don) Diener; nieces and nephews: Kelly (Jamie), Joe, Donald, and Melissa; mother-in-law: Dottie Brandenburg; brother-in-law: Charles Brandenburg, Jr.; sister-in-law: Dawn (Bob) Leece; also other relatives and friends. Roxanne was preceded in death by her father: Allen C. Middleton; and father-in-law: Charles Brandenburg Sr.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, N. 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 from 3 pm until the time of the memorial service at 5 pm. Rev. Daniel Felton will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, the family would request memorials in Roxanne's name.
