Ryan W. Troge, age 40, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away in God's saving grace on Sunday, November 23, 2020 at his residence.
Ryan was born on August 31, 1980 in Merrill, WI to Debra (Knief) Troge and the late Kurt Troge. He graduated from Manitowoc Lutheran High School with the class of 1999 and Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2003. Ryan served with the Wisconsin National Guard through his college years, played football in Europe from 2004 to 2007, and became a personal trainer and coach after his playing years were over. Ryan enjoyed all things outdoors, sports, and spending time with family. He was also a talented trumpet player and often shared his musical gifts to praise his Lord in church.
Survivors include Ryan's mother, Debra Troge, Manitowoc; sister Alicia Troge, Manitowoc; brother Ben, his wife Katy their four daughters and one son, Doral, FL; sister Tricia and husband Kevin and their son and three daughters, Bartlett, IL; and brother Caleb and his wife Kristina and their son and three daughters, Jackson, TN. Ryan is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Manitowoc at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 7, 2021 with Rev. Thomas Pankow officiating. Military rites will be accorded by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 731. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Ryan's name to Manitowoc Lutheran High School or Wisconsin Lutheran College; both schools he loved dearly.
Ryan's mother, brothers, and sisters would like to thank Bob and Sue Fink and Pastor Tom Pankow for their countless hours of help and counsel over the years.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11 th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
