Sandra L.
Allinson
May 29, 1943 – February 21, 2025
Sandra L. (Bonk) Allinson, age 81, passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on February 21, 2025, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. Sandra was born in Manitowoc on May 29, 1943. She graduated from Lincoln High School and then later went on to earn an Art degree at Silver Lake College. Sandra worked at Holy Family Cancer Care Center until she retired after 30+ years. She was a devoted Christian and attended services and Bible study at Faith Church. She had an artistic talent and enjoyed painting – especially flowers – but she found the greatest joy in giving those paintings away to her family and friends. Most of all, Sandra loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sandra is survived by her children Kevin (Stephanie) Berge, Todd (Mary) Berge, and Shelie (Patrick) Brooks; grandchildren Erin (Sam) Neufeld, Phillip (Tori) Berge, Will (Lexi) Berge, Jeremy (Dawn) Berge, Logan (Carrie) Berge, Heather (Bryan) Baryenbruch, and Ethan (Amethyst) Hansen; great-grandchildren Brooklyn, Marshall, Aubrey, Karson, and Natalie; brothers Greg and John; sisters Ruth, Connie, Penny, and Debbie; longtime friend Lynn Meyer-Dufek; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Adolph and Margaret Bonk, brother Duane, and sister Goretta.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for their care and compassion.
Cremation has occurred at Harrigan Parkside Crematory. In keeping with Sandra's wishes, no services will be held, but there will be a Celebration of her Life at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be left for the family by visiting www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com.
