Sandra L. Bialek, age 82, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.
Sandra was born on February 6, 1940 in Manitowoc. She was the daughter of the late William and Viola Zeman Trochil. Sandra was a graduate of Lincoln High School and had been employed at Fox Hills Resort in Mishicot. On June 30, 1956 she married Allen R. Bialek at Holy Innocents Catholic Church in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on November 10, 2020. Sandra enjoyed camping, trips out to Arizona, socializing with her family and friends (while enjoying a few Busch Lights) and one or two Old Fashioneds on Sunday with her husband Allen.
She is survived by two sons, Rob (Judy) Bialek and Tom (Theresa) Bialek, both of Mesa, AZ; daughter-in-law, Penny Bialek, Manitowoc; six grandchildren: Justin (Kristy) Bialek, Nathan Bialek and his significant other, Beth Jurss, Jake (Reilly) and Cole Bialek, Spencer and Kendra Bialek; five great grandchildren: Gabriel, Owen, Dylan, Avery Mae, and Luka; one brother, Leroy (Lorraine) Trochil Manitowoc; one sister, Elaine Naidl, Manitowoc; two brothers-in-law: Edwin Welnicke, Manitowoc, and Eugene Kriescher, Tish Mills; nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Viola Trochil, husband, Allen Bialek, son, John "JB" Bialek, and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edwin and Alice Bialek.
Her Arizona family would like to give special thanks to Penny Bialek, Brandon (neighbor) and other close friends who helped her out with so many things the last few years.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home with Deacon Alan Boeldt officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 31, 1022, from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Following the committal services at Evergreen Cemetery there will be a luncheon at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center located on the south property of the funeral home.
