Scott D.
Fricke
August 31, 1958 – April 29, 2024
Scott D. Fricke, age 65, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls following a long battle with cancer.
Scott was born on August 31, 1958 in Manitowoc to the late Roy and Lorraine (Gehrig) Fricke. He graduated from Roncalli High School with the class of 1976. Scott continued his education by graduating from Lakeshore Technical College and Fox Valley Technical College. He had worked at Kohler Company and American Foods. While Scott was an avid golfer, he enjoyed all sports. On the flip side, he totally hated birds. But above all, Scott enjoyed spending time with his family and friends – especially his grandchildren, Tristan and McKenna.
Survivors include Scott's partner and the love of his life, Mary Kiel; daughter, Morgan Fricke, and her significant other, Sawyer Hungerford; two bonus daughters, Miranda (Ryan) Wagner and Brooke (Scott) Bastian; two grandchildren, Tristan and McKenna; three siblings, Kathie Fricke, Charles "Chip" Fricke, and Bob Fricke; his fur baby, Benji; also other family and friends. Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Lorraine Fricke; and his first fur baby, Gracie.
A Life Celebration Social for family and friends will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.
