Scott L. Pribbernow, age 57, a resident of Manitowoc County, entered into eternal life on Monday, August 29, 2011 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center in Manitowoc.
Scott was born on February 4, 1954 in Manitowoc. He graduated from Valders High School with the class of 1972. Scott later went on to obtain his Journeyman Machinist certification from LTC. He was employed with the Manitowoc Company as a "non-confrontational" machinist for 35 years. Scott was an avid biker and muscle car enthusiast – he loved his wheels! He spent many, many hours in his shop. What happens in the shop stays in the shop. Scott also recently discovered pickling and found great joy and self-satisfaction in his new hobby.
Survivors include his mother: Delores Pribbernow, Valders; one sister: Beth Ann Pribbernow, Valders; one brother: Steve (Mary) Pribbernow, Green Bay; nieces and nephews to include: Christopher (Elizabeth) Pribbernow, Kokomo, IN; Dr. Katie (Kevin) Jacobe, Appleton; one great-niece Sydney; one great-nephew: Benjamin; also other relatives and friends. Scott was preceded in death by one aunt: Shirley Valentine; and one cousin: Jerry Forster.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, N. 11th and St. Clair streets, Manitowoc from 2 pm until the time of the memorial service at 4:30 pm. Pastor Jim Rasmus from Faith Lutheran Church in Valders will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Scott's name.
