Obituary

Sharon A. Linsmeier, age 48, a Manitowoc resident, entered eternal life on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Sharon was born on December 19, 1965 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of the late Delbert and Marcella Carron Kubichek. Sharon was a graduate of Lakeshore Technical College with the class of 1990. After graduation she worked in several area manufacturing companies until becoming a counter person at the Manitowoc County Clerk of Courts office which she truly enjoyed until her retirement due to her health. She was married to Kennard J. Linsmeier on August 9, 2003 at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Kellnersville. Sharon enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening, traveling, but most of all spending time with her family, friends and precious grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband: Kennard, Manitowoc; one son: Joshua Kubichek, Green Bay; one daughter: Danielle Kubichek, Manitowoc; four grandchildren: Drayden Kubichek, Green Bay; Devry Kubichek, Green Bay; Dimerah Daaust, Green Bay; Darien Lanier, Green Bay; five brothers and three sisters-in-law: Donald Kubichek, DePere; Ed (Kathleen) Kubichek, Pembine; Delbert and Cynthia Kubichek, Sheboygan; Thomas (Donna) Kubichek Sr., Two Rivers; John Kubichek Sr., Two Rivers; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Jim and Rita Bruchtrup, Manitowoc; three brothers-in-law: Ronald (Jean) Linsmeier, Two Rivers; Daniel (Joan) Linsmeier, Whitelaw; Steven (Leann) Linsmeier, Newton; one sister-in-law: Kim (Edward) Specht, Green Bay; nieces, nephews along with many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Marcella Kubichek; father-in-law: Christopher Linsmeier; one nephew: Andrew Linsmeier.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Rev. William Brunner will officiate. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel. The family will greet relatives and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com

The family wishes to thank the caregivers and staff at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice Center, Dr. Andrew Yetter and Dr. David Rhode along with their staff at the Aurora Vince Lombardi Cancer Care Center in Two Rivers and seven special friends, Gail and Greg Kerkman, Jean LeClair, Ashley Herman, Paul and Carol Timm and Kay Wilhelm for all the compassion and care that they gave to our family during Sharon's illness.
