Thomas J. Polifka, age 63, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at his residence while surrounded by his family.

Tom was born on January 18, 1957 in Manitowoc to the late Matthew and Delores (Krueger) Polifka.  He owned his own business and worked as a painter.  On November 20, 1980, Tom married Sheryl Netzer in Manitowoc.  He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, and bowling.  Tom was also a master chef when it came to barbequing.  Above all, Tom loved the time he was able to spend with his family – especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include Tom's wife, Sheryl; four children, Bobbi Lynn Kerwin, Nicole Marheine, Amanda (Eric) Perronne, and Matthew Polifka; eight grandchildren, James, Mileena, Jillian, Emily, Jade, Ashton, Aiyana, and Kano; special nephew, Steve Polifka; also other relatives and friends.

In respect with Tom's wishes, a private family memorial service will take place at a later date.  Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com
