Obituary

Timothy H. Remiker, age 54, of Two Rivers, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2022 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, surrounded by family and close friends.  He suffered from complications due to Marfan Syndrome.

He was born on September 11, 1967 in Manitowoc to George and Elaine (Shimek) Remiker and also survived by his loving step-mother, Delilah Remiker of Manitowoc.  Tim was a lifelong resident of Two Rivers and attended St. John Lutheran School.  He graduated from Two Rivers High School with the class of 1986.  His career spanned 34 years at Parker-Hannifin Corporation.  Tim was an avid hunter and fisherman.  His hobbies included riding motorcycles, snowmobiling, and being a passionate handyman (jack of all trades – master of none).  He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and loved them very much.

Survivors include his wife, Holly (Hanson) Remiker; step-children, Richard Hanson of Pembine, Christopher (Jessica) Hanson of Vero Beach, Florida, Amanda Kerker of Neenah, and Minde (Alex) Kimmel of Green Bay; seven grandchildren, Cody, Drew, Weston, Madison, Carter, Jemma, and Owen; siblings, Richard Remiker and family, Chuck (Nicole) Remiker and family, Sandy (Joe) Remiker, and Jay Remiker and family; and in-laws, Carol (Clark) Brenner and family, Janet Fairchild, Penny Knigge and family, Peter Hausfeld, Mindy Finstad and family, Marielle (Ralph) Huebner and family, Jenny (Jason) Hetcher and family, and Christian (Jodi) Hausfeld and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Elaine Remiker; brother, Scott Remiker; and niece, Natasha Remiker.

A funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, with Rev. Dr. Matthew Sauer officiating.  Visitation for family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m. until the time of service in the funeral home.  Cremation will take place following services at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel.  Burial of the urn will be at a later date in Knollwood Memorial Park.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com .
