William A. Berres, age 76, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Care Partners in Kiel.

Bill was born on January 14, 1937 in Port Washington to the late Joseph and Adela Gross Berres. He was an electrician and was employed at Kahl's Cash Register for many years and completed his working career at other places helping in maintenance. Bill enjoyed spending his time fishing and being with his friends.

Survivors include Bill's three children: Bill Berres, Jr., Billiejo Bartell, and Brian Berres; significant other, Mary Spencer and her children: April Ledvina, Reedsville, Lorie Levinson, Manitowoc; and Rosealee Spencer, Milwaukee; brother: Roy (Nancy) Berres, Manitowoc; three sisters: Darlene (Jim) Oligney, Cape Coral, FL; Donna May Merten, Clintonville; and Patty Peters, Saukville; two half-brothers: Eugene (Linda) Berres, Wabeno; Jerry (Joann) Berres, Saukville; several grandchildren; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters: Wanita and Elaine; and one brother: Richard Wheeler.
